What Makes This Farm Different
Ten landmark features of The Jamun Grove — all real, all on the property.
The Living Orchard
150 Neredu trees (known as Jamun across India) planted across 1.5 acres form the backbone of The Jamun Grove. Every villa faces the orchard. In June–August harvest season, berries fall on villa rooftops, fill your morning basket, and turn your tongue purple. The orchard is permanent — it will outlast us all.
Explore Our VillasThe Perch Tower
Each of the 6 villas has a 20ft observation tower with 6-person seating. Galiveedu Pond — a seasonal farm pond — sits 200 metres from the farm. Watch sunrise mist rise over the water at 5:30am. Dine under string lights at sunset. Stargaze at 403m elevation with zero light pollution. Veligallu Dam is a scenic day trip, 17km away.
Book a Tower ExperienceSix Deeply Different Villas
Every villa is built from different materials, faces a different view, and tells a different story. Prakriti has a jamun tree growing through the courtyard. Jalavaas floats above the fish ponds. Surya's east–west glass walls make the sunrise enter your bedroom. No two stays are the same.
Compare All 6 VillasDrone Photography
Our DGCA-registered drone captures aerial shots of the Neredu (Jamun) orchard, the ponds, The Perch tower, and Galiveedu Pond from above. Every session includes guest consent protocol. Drone shoots are subject to weather and airspace clearance — full refund if conditions prevent flying.
Add Drone SessionIntegrated Farm Ecosystem
Nothing leaves this farm. Kitchen waste feeds the biogas plant — which powers the kitchen. Biogas slurry feeds the vermicompost unit. Vermicompost feeds the greenhouse and orchard. Greywater is recycled. The farm is a closed loop — and you can walk through the entire cycle in 45 minutes.
Book Farm TrailThree Living Ponds
Three distinct ponds form the heart of the farm's water ecosystem. The fish pond has resident fish that Jalavaas villa guests feed every morning. The duck pond is noisiest at dawn — an alarm clock you'll actually love. The swan pond at sunrise, with mist rising from the water, is the most photographed view on the property.

The 20kW rooftop solar array generates enough electricity to power all six villas, the food court, and the farm infrastructure with surplus. The Surya villa has a live solar dashboard showing real-time kWh generated — your stay is literally powered by today's sun. We publish monthly generation data.
Explore Surya VillaMushroom & Greenhouse Farming
Our greenhouse runs staggered planting cycles so something is always ready to harvest. The mushroom cultivation unit produces year-round batches — guests can attend a workshop only when a live batch is ready (never staged). Farm Food Court receives harvests same-day. What you eat today was growing here this morning.
Book WorkshopStargazing at 403m Elevation
At 403m elevation in rural Rayalaseema, the night sky is extraordinary. No city lights within 63km. The Perch tower adds height above the orchard canopy. From October to March, the Milky Way is visible to the naked eye. The summer triangle, Jupiter's moons, and Scorpius rising over the Rayalaseema valley.
Book Stargazing NightThe Hexagonal Trail
A 45-minute guided circuit through the entire farm — connecting all 6 villas, 3 ponds, biogas plant, greenhouse, mushroom farm, vermicompost unit, and the central orchard. Self-guided map provided at check-in, guided walks available on request. Staggered daily slots keep the trail private and peaceful.
Explore the Farm MapNet Zero Goal — Real Numbers
We say 'Net Zero Goal' — not 'Zero Carbon' — because honest language matters. Our 20kW solar covers daily electricity. Biogas from kitchen waste reduces LPG use. 150 trees absorb CO2. Monthly solar generation, biogas output, and compost volumes are published in the admin transparency log.

What Our Guests Say
“Waking up inside the jamun orchard with a herb wall I could pick from for my morning tea — I cried on checkout day. Nothing has felt this real and this beautiful at the same time.”
“Watching the solar dashboard tick up as the sun rose over the Rayalaseema valley was genuinely moving. The Perch tower at sunset with views over Galiveedu Pond (200m away) is unforgettable.”
“The duck pond chorus at dawn, the mist over the floating deck, the fish pond at 5:30am — three days here recalibrated me completely. The ponds are growing into something special.”
“In harvest season, jamun berries fall on the wooden roof while you sleep. The open-air bathroom with a tree inside it. The purple tongue wall. Nothing else in AP comes close to this.”
